Image Evolution are based in lovely rural Berkshire with great access to the national road networks. We are proud to work with a diverse portfolio of customers located across the south of England, London and nationwide – from global corporates, small to medium businesses, graphic designers, marketing agencies and other print professionals.
The common denominator is a recognition of the supreme quality that we achieve with our HP Indigo presses. The liquid ink technology prints beautifully across a wide range of interesting stocks. With no printing plates, we’re highly flexible, cost efficient and always sustainable. An evolution we’ve proudly championed for over 22 years.

The History of Image Evolution
In 2001 Paul Jeffcoate and Paul Dale; our founders, were working together at a large printing company in Reading. With over 20 years print industry experience each, they were responsible for producing the highest quality of lithographic print for global brands.
With an eye for the direction the print market was evolving, requiring more agility and shorter print runs, they embarked on a project to deliver an evolution in print technology. Their mission was simple: to produce digital print of lithographic quality, with better sustainability and exceptional customer service. Image Evolution opened its doors for business in March 2002.
To maintain customer service levels and help drive Image Evolution forwards, Justin Piggot joined the team in 2013. With over 25 years’ experience in commercial print and print management, the business flourished and to satisfy demand a second HP Indigo was added. Justin was invited to join the board of directors in 2017 as fitting reward for his dedication.
Image Evolution are now one of the largest HP Indigo specialists in the country. Whatever you want printed, you can rest assured the whole team remain as committed to our values as the day we started trading.

Duplo DBM-700 booklet maker
Image Evolution have enhanced finishing capabilities with an investment in a new Duplo DBM-700 booklet maker. This not only improves the high quality and consistency of our brochure and booklets product lines – it also broadens our range of square back stitched books with the integrated square spine unit. We can now produce stitched books up to an exceptional 200 pages in-house.
Paul Dale, Production Director, reports that “with lower make-ready times and faster speeds, we are noticing a 20% improvement in productivity – whilst achieving exceptional results. This supports the growing levels of business from our established customers, and with the recent article in Printweek, we have also attracted new clients due to our capabilities”.
